Kayunga District NRM Chairman, farmer, and businessman Moses Kalangwa has died in a road accident along the Kayunga–Jinja Road, the Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs, Balaam Barugahara, has announced.
In a message of condolence, Barugahara described Kalangwa as a close friend, a loyal patriot, and a dedicated supporter of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) and President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
Kalangwa was widely known in NRM circles for his unwavering commitment to the party and for hosting the birthday celebrations Kasiki of General Muhoozi Kainerugaba in Kayunga, held on the same day Muhoozi graduated from Kampala University.
