Police in kiruhura district is having in its custody the district NRM returning officer Angom David Andiinda on charges of uttering false documents, forgery and conspiracy to commit a felony in the recently concluded NRM primaries.
Samson kasasira the Rwizi region police spokesperson told our reporter that a team of detectives from CID headquarters headed by D/SSP Mugumya Henry carried out the arrest of the district NRM registrar Angom over the mess in the recently concluded NRM primaries.
Andinda was picked from his home in Akatongole, Kenshunga sub-county kiruhura district.
Kasasira who didn’t reveal more detail on the arrest said that inquiries are still ongoing
