The NRM flag bearer Kashari north Mbarara district Basil Batariganya has revealed that to stand as an independent is a political right if one did not participate in any party primary elections.
Speaking to our reporter Bataringaya noted that any person who was defeated in party primary elections and stand as an independent should not be treated as a party member.
Basil is now calling upon the electorates to vote a leader who belongs to any of the political parties other than independents.
