Behagana says that the order arises from a court case filed by the applicants who were among the bidders who applied to be consultant supervisor for the contract with Multiplex to construct roads in Mbarara City.
He says the applicant did not win but went to court and two weeks ago court decided that they put aside the contract.
Gumisiriza Kyabweisho the Mbarara City North Division Chairperson says that attaching their account is an error noting that their account is independent and they appear nowhere in the cases.
