Traffic in Mbarara city today has been paralysed following the visit of the national unity platform president Robert kyagulanyi ssentamu in Mbarara today. Kyagulanyi and his team are in town on their plan of moving across the country meeting their supporters and opening up NUP offices in the designated areas.
In a different way, this time round police and other security agencies have not interfered with the crowd as it has always been on different occasions across the country but were there to provide security.
Kyagulanyi and his NUP crew are expected to address their supporters at global high school playground and then after he proceed his tour to fort portal, kasese, hoima and other areas.
Different roads like high street, makanisingh street among others have been cut off by the supporters of national unity platform.
