Col.Kaka missing as deputy hands over office to new ISO boss.

Col.Frank Kaka Bagyenda was on Wednesday afternoon did not appear as the new Internal Security Organization (ISO) Director-General assumed office.

President Museveni relieved Kaka of his duties last week as the internal spy chief and replaced him with Lt Col Charles Oluka who was the former director-in-charge of technical services at ISO.

On Wednesday, Don Mugimba, who was the Deputy Director General of ISO handed over Kaka’s report and organization seal to the new spy chief at a function presided over by the Security Minister, Gen.Elly Tumwine.

Speaking at the function, Tumwine explained Col. Kaka’s absence noting that he had requested his former deputy to represent him.
