The three storied building situated in Byafura cell along Victor Bwana in Mbarara city which developed a cracks last week has finally collapsed.
The building worth 900Million belongs to a senior army officer Maj. Richard Mugisha as per the plot tittle seen by our reporter.
The building which has been under construction for three years collapsed down yesterday night.
Maj. Richard Mugisha the assistant city clerk says that the building had council’s approval though he thinks the site engineers used fake building materials that eventually caused its collapse.
By the time we filed this story, police had drawn the building with lines repudiating people access.
